• THE SCOBA President extended his official tour to the office of his 2nd Vice President who was recently elevated in his career to the post of the General Manager in the Ministry of Water Resources, Office of the Governor, Osun State.

  The President had earlier visited the Home Branch and met with the  Chairman, Engr Salami. Members were then mobilized to join the CEC President on this visit.
