  SCOBA CEC celebrates one of the most dependable Elders of SCOBA, Charlean Bisi Olaoye of 1967 Set and currently the Chairman of the Port-Harcourt Branch of SCOBA, as he marks his 73rd birthday today, January 19th.

   

  Born on January 19, 1948, Charlean Olaoye    belongs to the 1967 Set (3rd Set St. Charles' - 1963-1967).

   

  Until three (3) years ago when he retired from active service, he was a Senior Process Engineer at Shell Petroleum Development Company. He is currently into private business.

   

  CEC, on behalf of SCOBA, wants to specially appreciate this committed Elder of SCOBA for always galvanising members of the association in Port-Harcourt & South-South axis and ensuring they remain united from 2010 to date. Many thanks, Sir.
