Charlean Fadahunsi played interclass soccer and law tennis but was scared away from boxing by some atomic bombers'. He claims he still has a 4 (four) - inch long stitch scar as a memento of his 'soccer artistry' in St. Charles'. He still lives with the memory of 'puffed faces' of St. Charles' boxing team when they returned from a "friendly" match with Baptist High School, Iwo (1973 or 1974). He often remembers the shocking black (all black) jersey of the school's soccer team of 1972, captained by Charlean Ewuosho.

Charlean Fadahunsi plays Scrabble (professional level) and Chess (amateur level). He enjoys reading, playing music, watching soccer, athletics, basketball and lawn tennis amongst other interesting sports. He specialized in giving people nicknames then, so they generously dashed him "kòrówóramú" (noted for having a small nose).

He told the story of a senior he fetched water for in 1971 asking him to increase it from one to two buckets. With that far distance between Ita-Olokan/Oke-Ayepe and school, he stopped fetching any and abandoned the dormitory (Murumba A) as a coping strategy, until he and the Senior reached agreement to maintain status quo (one bucket).

During his time in school too, there was a lottery/crowd funding/gambling in 1972 called 424, 729 etc - a lot of their  pocket monies disappeared into it then. Notwithstanding the long years of having exited St. Charles', Charlean Fadahunsi hasn't forgotten the school's famous Agric. Teacher then, Mr. Badejo (Daddy Esculentum). He it was who classified life into the following stages: Ìsín; Omo weere, Omodé, Àgbà, Àgbàlagbà, Arúgbó, Òkùjò, Òjòkútôtô. Charlean Fadahunsi is still not certain whether those classifications were invented by the great teacher. Baba Badejo's fabled "gíro" (a bird with a one kilometer long beak) can't leave our birthday boy of today in a hurry.

He his happily married and blessed with 4(four) children, three girls and one boy.

We note that he attended Ogba Aguda with three cousins, the Alukos, Charlean Folusho Aluko - 1972, Late Charlean Femi Aluko - Stanza 704 (may he continue to rest in peace, amen) and the current President, Charlean Rotimi Aluko, Stanza 715.

Join us as we celebrate Charlean Sunday Olusina Fadahunsi, SCOBA's "ambassador" in the education sector, super champion and habitual trophy winner. We wish him many happy returns of today, in good health and prosperity.

    Congratulations, Sir!
