• BIRTHDAY GREETINGS TO CHARLEAN AKINTUNDE IGE.

   

  SCOBA CEC congratulates the Vice Chairman of Stanza 789, Charlean Olusegun Ajani Akintunde Ige, on his birthday.

   

  Born to Mr. Victor  Adebayo and Mrs. Cecilia Olanike Ige on the 27th of October, both from Otan Aiyegbaju and Odeomu respectively (but have settled down in Oshogbo for more than six decades), Charlean Ige attended the prestigious St. Clare's Nursery & Primary School from where he proceeded to St. Charles' Grammar School in September 1974. After his HSc, he  attended the  University of Ife where he graduated with a Degree in English Studies.

   

  After graduation, he worked briefly with Graflinks Advertising Agency Surulere, Lagos and the National Directorate of Employment from where he joined the services of the Nigerian Ports Authority, Marina Lagos in January 1992. He later proceeded on official study leave to the University of Ibadan in 2001 for his Masters degree in Managerial Psychology. He is presently a Principal Manager & Head of Training and Manpower Development Department, Calabar Port.

   

  We rejoice with this Human Capital expert who is ever excited and passionate about issues of St. Charles' and SCOBA. 

   

  Charlean Ige is a key financial pillar of his Stanza, 789, and heeds all clarion calls of the larger SCOBA, at the shortest notification.

   

  He is happily married to his dear wife of 28 years, Mrs. Olubanke Adedunni Ige and both are blessed with two kids.

   

  He enjoys reading.
