HAPPY GOLDEN JUBILEE DR. OLAJIDE IBRAHIM.
Our own Charlean (Dr.) Hammed Olajide IBRAHIM, Stanza 838, hits 50 (today) and this calls for jubilation and commemoration.
Born on October 6, 1970 to Alhaja Roliat Ibrahim and Alhaji Ibrahim (Late Imam of Aresa Mosque, Osogbo) both of Aresa Family in Osogbo, Charlean (Dr.) Ibrahim attended Ansar Ud Deen Primary School, Isale Osun, Osogbo from 1976 to 1982. He proceeded to St. Charles' Grammar School, Osogbo in 1983 for his secondary education and concluded same in 1988. Thereafter, Charlean Hammed Olajide Ibrahim studied Medicine at University of Ibadan's College of Medicine between 1993 and 2000. His residency training program was at the University of Stellenbosch, Capetown, South Africa between 2008 and 2011.
He worked at the Federal Medical Centre, Owo, Ondo State, Military Hospital, Benin-City, Edo State and a few other private Hospitals in Nigeria before relocating to South Africa in 2004. He is currently working as a Specialist Family Physician at Medicentre, Canada Inc.
He is happily married and blessed with 2 boys.
Also known as Jyde in his university days, Charlean Ibrahim played Lawn Tennis and soccer in St. Charles' and at UI. He still finds time to play table tennis and watch European Leagues, particularly the EPL, Chelsea FC being his favourite football club.
Charlean (Dr.) Ibrahim's final year in St. Charles' was marked by his Secretaryship of the Literary and Debating Society.
Records of Stanza 838 show Charlean Ibrahim as a dedicated and steadfast financial supporter of SCOBA, his distant Canadian base notwithstanding.
We join the Ibrahim family, Stanza 838, Home Branch, friends and associates of this committed Charlean, to celebrate him on his landmark birthday. We wish Charlean (Dr.) Hammed Olajide Ibrahim many happy returns of the day in good health, prosperity and longer life.
