  The Central Executive Council of SCOBA  felicitates with one of us, a renowned stakeholder in the fabric weaving sector of Nigeria's economy (ASO OKE), a key custodian of Yoruba tradition and culture and a very 'great heart', Charlean Rasheed Agbelekale, as he adds another year to his age today.
