Profile Overview

• Pius Adedotun Adesakin was born on the 8th of February, 1961. He attended Lagos Premier Day School, Surulere, Lagos between 1968 and 1973; St. Charles' Grammar School, Osogbo between 1973 and 1978; School of Agriculture, Akure between 1979 and 1981; the University of Benin, Benin-City between 1982 and 1986 and Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) between 1998 and 2000.
  
  He holds an Ordinary Diploma in General Agriculture, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology & Anthropology and an MBA in Strategic Management. After his mandatory NYSC in the then Gongola State (now Adamawa and Taraba States) between 1986 and 1987, he worked with Obasanjo Farms Nigeria Limited severally as Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager and Production Manager between 1987 and 1992. He joined the banking industry in November 1993 and retired on the 21st of May, 2014 as a Senior Manager with the then Enterprise Bank Limited. His previous stints were at then Chartered Bank Limited, Omegabank Plc and Springbank Plc, with a total of 21years combined cognate banking experience.
  
  He attended several courses and is a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (FSM) - 2006 and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (FICE) - 2012. He is currently into Asset (Funds & Property) Management and in partnership with Karl Kenz Construction (Nig) Limited as Executive Director.
  
  He is happily married to Ayodeji Adesakin and they both have 5 lovely daughters viz: Gbemmy, Dammy, Temmy, Anjy and Abiola.
